Capsul sets the price for each location, based on the area and the bag sizes you accept. Guests see the full price before they pay.
We pay out by EFT to your business bank account on a regular schedule. You can see every completed booking and payout in the vendor portal.
If a guest misses their drop-off, the booking expires and you do not need to do anything. Nothing is stored, so there is nothing to look after.
Extra time is charged to the guest through the app. If they arrive after you close, they collect at your next opening.
Each bag gets a numbered tamper seal at drop-off. The seal is scanned and checked again at pick-up, so both you and the guest have a record.
